How quickly do you respond to inquiries?
We typically reply within 1 business day (Mon–Fri, 9–5 ET). For urgent order changes (within 6 hours), please call us.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email contact@oceanstatestyles.com within 6 hours of purchase. After production begins, changes may not be possible. See Terms of Service § Orders.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Shopify Payments (major cards) and PayPal. Payments are processed securely — we do not store full card numbers. See Privacy Policy: Platform & Payments.
Can I update my shipping address after ordering?
Contact us immediately (ideally within 6 hours). We can’t reroute once shipped. See Address Accuracy.
Do you sell gift cards?

How long does shipping take and what does it cost?

Do you ship internationally?

My package says “delivered” but it’s missing — what now?
Check with household members/neighbors and your local carrier. If still missing, email contact@oceanstatestyles.com within 7 days. We’ll help file a carrier claim. See Lost/Delayed.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link is emailed when your order ships. You can also log into your customer account.
Can I expedite shipping?
Standard shipping is free. If expedited options are available for your address, you’ll see them at checkout. See Expedited.
Will my order ship in one package?
Orders with multiple items may ship separately from different facilities to deliver faster. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment. See Split Shipments.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from delivery for eligible items in new condition. Fastest exchange: place a new order and return the original. See Return & Refund Policy.
How do I start a return?
Begin at Returns — Start a Return. You’ll receive an RMA and instructions. Unauthorized returns may be delayed.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email photos within 7 days so we can replace or refund per policy. See Damaged/Incorrect Items.
Are there items I can’t return?
Personalized/custom items, gift cards, and clearly marked final-sale items are not returnable. See Non-Returnable.
Do you offer extended holiday returns?
Yes — orders delivered Nov 1–Dec 31 can be returned until Jan 31. See Holiday & Gifts.
How long do refunds take?

Are items true to size?
Most items fit true-to-size; check the size chart on each product page. If between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.
How should I care for my item?
Machine wash cold, inside-out; tumble dry low; do not iron decoration. Care instructions are listed on each product page.
Do colors match what I see on screen?
Slight variations can occur due to screen settings and print methods. We aim for accurate photos and descriptions.
