What does “Do Not Sell or Share” mean here?
It turns off data “sharing” used for targeted advertising and limits downstream use with ad/analytics partners, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Does this stop all ads?
No. You may still see ads, but they should be less personalized. You can further manage ads via Google Ad Settings and industry tools (NAI/DAA).
Do you honor Global Privacy Control?
Yes. If your browser sends GPC, we treat it as a valid opt-out signal for that browser/device, where applicable.
What about “Do Not Track” (DNT)?
There isn’t a unified industry standard for DNT; we currently don’t respond to DNT signals. We do respond to GPC.
